TERMS & CONDITIONS
Air Passenger Protection Regulations https://rppa-appr.ca/
By booking your arrangement with us, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any supplier that are applicable to your booking arrangements. The lead passenger assumes the responsibility of sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, including payment of all amounts when due. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions in their entirety. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. If there is any part of these terms and conditions that you do not agree with, please do not use our travel services.
When making your booking for your package holiday we will arrange for you to enter into a contract with the principal(s) or other supplier(s) (e.g. tour operator/airline/cruise company/accommodation company) named on your confirmation(s) for whom we act as agent. As agent we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the principal(s) or supplier(s) or for the services provided by them other than as set out in these Booking Conditions. The principal’s(s’) or supplier’s(s’) Terms & Conditions will apply to your booking and we advise you to read these carefully as they do contain important information about your booking. Please ask us for copies of these if you do not have them.
Cancellation Fees - If you cancel your booking, you may incur a cancellation charge. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the supplier of travel services or product. If you are entitled to a refund, please note Travel Counselors are unable to provide you with funds until they are received from the supplier. Travel Counselors may charge a cancellation fee per booking.
Liability - As Travel Counselors are only acting as an agent, they have no liability in respect to the supply of any element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by other third parties unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness, loss, or death must be brought against the relevant supplier of travel services or products.
Travel Insurance - Travel Counselors strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of paying a deposit. The policy should provide coverage for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary.
Service Fees - Travel Counselors may, at their discretion, charge service fees on your booking.
Passport and Visas - It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport at the time of traveling and that you hold all necessary visas and permits. Some countries require upon entering that you hold a passport with at least six months validity. Children are required to hold individual passports. Fareconnect.com cannot be held responsible for being denied entry to a country for any reason.
Complaints - We hope you will have no reason to complain but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the services provided you must report it immediately to the supplier or contact your Travel Counselor. We shall attempt to resolve the matter immediately but if you remain dissatisfied, please contact info@fareconnect.com
Data Protection - In order to process your booking, we need to provide your details to the relevant suppliers. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of that information. We may also use the information you provide for marketing purposes and, if you do wish to receive any further information, please inform Travel Counselors.
Health and Safety - COVID-19 is causing constant and ongoing changes in the application of measures and the way an airline, airport, hotel or country chooses to deal with the threat of COVID-19.
Although Fareconnect.com will keep you up to date to the best of their knowledge, it is the individuals responsibility to keep themselves informed of all requirements in relation to their trip and any COVID-19 based restrictions, and we suggest these are constantly monitored right up until departure, as they can change at any time. The same applies to any travel companions and all members of a group who may be travelling. Fareconnect.com Ltd is not liable for any loss due to COVID-19.
